I further understand that these recommendations are based solely upon the information I supply and that I Iam not a veterinarian skilled in conveying the full extent of possible symptoms.

Therefore I hold Dr Newkirk completely not liable for any complications or side effects that may result from his recommendations based solely upon my explanation. I also understand that if my pet has a complicated problem, examination, blood tests etc., would be required for a full diagnosis, and thus a more complete therapy recommendation.
